Red Room Functions

The Red Room is available for hire from 6pm, Monday to Saturday and from 4pm on Sundays.

Red Room capacity is 100 pax standing

The Red Room is fully licensed with operating bar upstairs. Please note that our liquor license extends to 10pm Sunday – Thursday and to 12am Friday & Saturday nights and must be strictly adhered to.

Red Room hire fee is $300 which is non-refundable and must be paid upon confirmation of booking. This fee does not include food, alcohol, etc.

In certain circumstances a $500 bond or licensed security guard will be required.

Alcohol and drinks will be charged on consumption and payable on the day.

Menus and guest numbers must be finalised no later than 7 days prior to event. Payment for number of guests must be made in full prior to the function regardless of actual attendance.

Please specify any dietary requirements or vegetarian options when confirming menus prior to event.

Due to health regulations, all food and beverages consumed within Red on Thomas and the Red Room premises must be purchased on site. No BYO.

You may bring a cake which will be cut and served at no extra charge.

Children are very welcome, but must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. Children’s menus are available. Minors are not permitted on the premises unless accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Management reserve the right to refuse entry. Patrons who are loud, quarrelsome or violent will be ejected from the premises immediately. Management reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated patrons.

Due to neighbouring residences, volume levels in the Red Room will be monitored and kept under the levels set by local authorities. An in-house I-Pod can be provided upon request. Live music, DJ’s or Juke Box’s are not permitted.

We accept payment via EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club.
